The coaching is aimed at helping professionals navigate through any organization with speed and dexterity to help them achieve success faster. The typical coaching engagement lasts for six months and is focused on leveraging the client's strengths and overcoming any blind spots. Effective communication, brand awareness/ development, and strategic leadership are always key topics, but the program will be completely customized to the client.

Group Dynamic Coaching with Vivian offers an experiential coaching program that hosts up to six participants. Here clients are able to focus on 3 - 5 leadership skills to develop and improve upon during the program. This is a great opportunity for clients to encourage the sharing of best practices among a professional group, onboard employees or facilitate team dynamics.
Group coaching is a powerful opportunity for clients to benefit not only from their own growth, but also from that of their peers. It can be overwhelming to know where to start on a journey of change. Vivian's Career Coaching program is designed for those looking to re-enter the workforce after an extended time off, OR professionals interested in pursuing a different career.
Any transition, whether it is switching up a career path or re-entering an old one can be a daunting process. With Vivian’s guidance, you will find your experience both smooth and empowering. Interactive Workshops
Do you want to bring your organization to the next level? Vivian’s High-Impact workshops are aimed at raising the “GPA” of an entire team. These workshops are focused on customized leadership challenges for the group. Companies can choose from a library of leadership material, which Vivian regularly delivers to groups, including group-interactive sessions and relevant lessons to improve individual and group performance.
