Professional Bio
Vivian Ciampi is the founder of Professional Coaching, an executive coaching firm based in Central Connecticut. She works with large and small organizations, universities, small businesses and individuals to help them be successful and find balance in their professional lives. She is also a coach and facilitator in the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School.
She has spent the past sixteen years as a Vice President for Travelers Property Casualty. The most recent ten years as an Executive Coach where she built a successful and robust coaching program. This program was focused on the high potential, high performing leaders and it groomed several to the ranks of senior leadership. Prior to this, she held leadership roles in the Wholesale Cash Management division of JP Morgan Chase.
She earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Fairfield University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. She received a degree in Professional Coaching through the International Coaching Academy and is certified through the International Coaching Federation.
